Community and Growth Manager

The Community and Growth Manager will build and scale Shopnest’s ambassador network and business partnerships in Nigeria.

What it offers

• Ownership of the full ambassador recruitment-to-activation funnel, including application screening, training, certification, and account setup.
• Coaching ambassadors to meet recruitment targets and managing performance, including de-certification where needed.
• Running the ambassador community via campaign packs, an incentive calendar, communication channels, and feedback loops into training and product.
• Identifying and signing business communities as recruitment partners, negotiating partnership terms, and running activations such as onboarding clinics, demo sessions, market walk-throughs, and referral drives.

• Coach ambassadors to meet recruitment targets and manage under-performance.

• Negotiate partnership terms and run activations to convert partners.
