Who can apply

• Experience: 3 years running paid performance campaigns in the Nigerian market, ideally in automotive
• Required skills:
  • Hands-on certification or verifiable expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixel/CAPI setup (personally managed)
  • Background in automotive, big-ticket e-commerce, real estate, or fintech lead-gen preferred
• Must be comfortable owning monthly P&L-style budget conversations

What you'll do

• Schedule and manage organic social posting across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Run community management: respond to comments/DMs and route WhatsApp/DM leads into the CRM/sales pipeline
• Write and publish SEO content: 4 new articles + 2 refreshed pages monthly, targeting high-intent searches
• Coordinate referral programs:
  • Recruit 8–12 referral affiliates per quarter
  • Manage trackable affiliate codes, dashboard, payouts, and content kits
  • Run the auto-freelancer referral programme
• Conduct weekly social listening/monitoring for brand sentiment and mention volume
