Growth and Community Executive is a full-time role based in Nigeria focused on driving café growth and community engagement.

What it offers

• Lead customer acquisition and growth strategies to boost café awareness and footfall
• Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent online brand presence
• Create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotions
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations
• Promote and manage the café’s loyalty programme to improve customer retention
• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives to build strong customer relationships
• Support marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility
• Monitor customer engagement and feedback to improve the customer experience
• Contribute to building the café’s brand identity and positioning
• Develop creative initiatives and events to foster a vibrant customer community

Who can apply

• 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, community management, or brand growth
• OND in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with a food, hospitality, or café brand is preferred
