POS Technician (Federal Capital Territory)

Moniepoint is seeking a POS Technician to maintain and repair POS terminals across its distribution network in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

What it offers

• Role focused on repairing, supporting, and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) and related devices
• Involves maintenance and support of POS terminals (Linux and Android, MPOS, and Kiosk)
• Requires working closely with the hardware department to manage the end-to-end repair process

Who can apply

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role
• Technical ability to carry out repairs on PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise Terminals
• Experience with the Agency banking business is an added advantage
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good relationship skills, emotional intelligence, and self-driven with the ability to take initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Proficient in English
• Resident in FCT Abuja
