POS Technician (Lagos)

Moniepoint is seeking a hands-on POS Technician to maintain and repair terminals across its merchant network in Lagos.

What it offers

• A role focused on repairing, supporting, and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) and related devices (Linux and Android terminals, mPOS, and kiosks) within Moniepoint’s distribution network.

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc. or HND.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a related technical role.
• Technical skills: Ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
• Location: Must be a resident of Lagos State.
• Added advantage: Experience with Agency banking business.
• Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft skills: Strong relationship management, emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Work style: Self-driven, able to take initiative, and work with limited supervision.
• Language: Proficient in English.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the hardware department to manage the end-to-end repair process.
• Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues.
• Manage and coordinate terminal repair centers across Moniepoint’s network.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
