POS Repair Technician at Moniepoint (Lagos)

Moniepoint is looking for a hands-on POS Repair Technician to keep its merchant-acquiring network running smoothly across Lagos.

What it offers

• Role focused on repairing, supporting and maintaining Point of Sale terminals (Linux, Android, mPOS, kiosk) across Moniepoint’s distribution network
• Second-level hardware support and end-to-end repair process management
• Coordination with Terminal Repair Centers across the network

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc. or HND
• Experience: at least 2 years in a related technical role
• Technical skills: ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise terminals
• Added advantage: prior experience with Agency banking business
• Computer skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills: strong relationship management, emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills; self-driven with initiative; ability to work with limited supervision; proficiency in English
• Location: must be resident in Lagos State

What you'll do

• Repair, support and maintain POS and related devices within Moniepoint’s distribution network
• Work closely with the hardware department to manage the full repair process
• Provide second-level support on hardware-related issues
• Manage and coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across the network
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
