Inventory Support Officer - POS Terminals

Moniepoint Inc. is hiring an Inventory Support Officer (POS Terminals) in Lagos to manage the end-to-end flow of POS terminals through the repair pipeline, ensuring traceability, custody controls, and alignment with the Repair Centre's IMS subsystem.

What it offers

• Responsibility for maintaining logical–physical alignment of terminals in the IMS system.
• Enforcement of 24–72-hour SLA from receipt-to-assignment and QA clearance-to-dispatch.
• Participation in daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and reconciliations.

Who can apply

• Minimum of OND in a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory operations.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and large volumes of items.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

What you'll do

• Receive and log faulty/returned terminals in the IMS within 24 hours of arrival.
• Push faulty devices to technicians daily and update IMS status.
• Monitor repair stages: Assessment → In Repair → Awaiting QA → QA Cleared → Dispatch.
• Receive QA-approved terminals and update IMS status within 4 hours.
• Generate dispatch lists and waybills for QA-cleared devices, obtain approvals, and confirm receipt acknowledgment.
• Conduct daily physical counts and reconcile against IMS records; escalate variances.
• Maintain labelled racks and segregated zones (Faulty, Under-Repair, Refurbished/OK, BER/Scrap).
• Enforce POS Inventory Control SOP and uphold audit readiness and safety standards.
