Inventory Support Officer (South West) - POS Terminals

Inventory Support Officer (South West) – POS Terminals at Moniepoint Inc. is a hands-on role responsible for tracking and managing the lifecycle of POS terminals through the repair pipeline in the South West region of Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Receive and log faulty/returned terminals from state offices in the IMS within 24 hours of arrival, verifying each unit against the recall waybill at serial-number level.
• Identify and quarantine damaged or missing-serial devices; raise a Discrepancy Report immediately.
• Push faulty devices to technicians daily and update IMS status to 'In Repair' upon assignment.
• Monitor each terminal’s movement through all repair stages: Assessment → In Repair → Awaiting QA → QA Cleared → Dispatch Holding.
• Enforce 24–72-hour SLA from receipt-to-assignment and from QA clearance-to-dispatch readiness.
• Receive QA-approved terminals and update IMS status to 'QA Cleared – Awaiting Dispatch' within 4 hours.
• Flag devices that fail QA.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain logical–physical alignment in tracking systems.
• Familiarity with IMS (Inventory Management System) and repair pipeline workflows is advantageous.
