POS Technician

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a POS Technician to repair, support, and maintain Point of Sales (POS) devices, including Linux and Android terminals, MPOS, and kiosks across their distribution network in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria. This role involves hardware maintenance, second-level support, and coordination of terminal repair centers. The position requires technical expertise in specific POS brands and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong communication and self-driven skills. Who can apply

Applicants must be residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND). They should have at least 2 years of experience in POS hardware repair or a related technical role. Technical knowledge of PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proficient English. Experience in agency banking is a plus.

What you'll do

• Repair, maintain, and support POS terminals (Linux/Android, MPOS, kiosks) across the distribution network.
• Provide second-level hardware support for technical issues.
• Manage and coordinate terminal repair centers within the network.
• Collaborate with the hardware department for end-to-end repair processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
