WomenLift Health Scholarship 2027 in Nigeria

WomenLift Health’s 2027 Nigeria Leadership Journey is a fully funded, hybrid program for mid-career women leaders in health++ who want to deepen their leadership impact through reflection, coaching, and a strong peer network.

What it offers

• Free program with all costs covered, including travel and lodging
• Approximately 87 total learning hours, including virtual touchpoints and a self-directed Health Leadership Project
• Two in-person residencies: a three-day Immersion (28–30 July 2027) and a two-day Lift-Off (26–27 April 2028), each with travel days
• Hybrid format combining virtual group mentoring, one-on-one coaching, and in-person experiential learning
• Mentoring, coaching, assessments, and a lifelong global network of women leaders

Who can apply

• Identify as a woman
• Demonstrate fluency and confidence in written and verbal English, including reflective dialogue and complex conversations
• Be a citizen who resides and works in Nigeria
• Live in WAT (+/-1 hour) time zones for at least 75% of the program
• Have 10–25 years of work experience in health++ (fields shaping health such as climate, food systems, education, gender equity, and technology)
• Submit a letter of recommendation from your supervisor or a senior leader in your organization or health community

Good to know

• Only 30 women are selected each year
• Accepting a place means committing to full participation in all mandatory sessions
• The program runs from August 10, 2026 to October 31, 2026, with in-person residencies in July 2027 and April 2028
