WomenLift Health Nigeria Leadership Journey 2027

The WomenLift Health Nigeria Leadership Journey 2027 is a fully funded, 12-month program designed to support mid-career women leaders in health++ fields in Nigeria. It offers mentoring, coaching, assessments, virtual touchpoints, and in-person residencies at no cost to participants.

What it offers

• Free program: All costs, including travel and lodging, are covered.
• Total learning hours: Approximately 87 hours, including virtual touchpoints and a Health Leadership Project.
• Format: Hybrid (virtual and in-person).
• Effort: Approximately 4–8 hours per month.
• In-person residencies: Two mandatory sessions—Immersion (28–30 July 2027) and Lift-Off (26–27 April 2028), including travel days.
• Support: Mentoring, coaching, assessments, and a lifelong global network of allies.

Who can apply

• Identify as a woman.
• Demonstrate fluency and confidence in written and verbal English, including the ability to articulate emotions and engage in reflective dialogue.
• Be a citizen who resides and works in Nigeria.
• Live in WAT (+/-1 hour) time zones for at least 75% of the program.
• Have 10–25 years of work experience in health++ (fields like climate change, food systems, gender equity, and technology).
• Submit a letter of recommendation from a supervisor or senior leader.
