What you'll do

• Manage Field Service Engineers and oversee regional technical operations
• Ensure uninterrupted power and optimal energy uptime at hubs
• Direct troubleshooting, repairs, and system optimization
• Lead hub setup, connectivity, and regular maintenance
• Train and coach FSEs on best practices
• Review performance reports and prepare monthly management updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
