Field Service Engineer - Solar Energy

Jaza Energy is hiring Field Service Engineers (Solar Energy) across multiple Nigerian states to maintain and expand its off-grid solar energy hubs.

What it offers

• Contract role with salary range ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
• Focus on ensuring energy uptime, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting new hub setups
• Significant travel required within Nigeria

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
• 2–3 years of technical/engineering experience in energy, telecommunications, or related sectors
• Strong background in solar and diesel energy systems, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google tools and data analysis
• Commitment to safety and HSE standards
• Willingness to work independently and in teams

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain energy uptime at hubs
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Install and configure solar panels, wiring, and equipment
• Support new hub setup and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with teams to improve system performance
• Document field activities and prepare technical reports
