What you'll do

• Develop and implement regional growth plans to reach 120 active customers per Hub, ₦1M monthly recurring revenue, and agreed ARPU.
• Manage regional inventory, ensuring missing packs are less than 1% and lost packs are 0%.
• Recruit, train, and coach regional teams (Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars, Tech Stars).
• Resolve service interruptions, customer complaints, and technical issues in Hubs.
• Build relationships with local government officials and represent the company in legal matters.
• Submit weekly progress reports, monthly growth reports, and quarterly competitor reports (SWOT analysis).
