Jaza Energy is hiring a Talent Officer in Lagos to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes as the company scales its solar energy operations across Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in high-volume recruitment
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and discretion handling sensitive data

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment for field and office roles
• Source, screen, interview candidates and verify references
• Maintain candidate records and ensure data confidentiality
• Deliver smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding experiences
• Schedule and support onboarding training sessions
• Collect and file pre-employment documentation
• Support HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and Jaza policies
