Who can apply

• Bi-lingual in French and English is required.

• Exposure to clean energy, social impact, or high-growth environments is valued.
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRMS, HRIS, ATS) and data-driven hiring.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and specialist roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, universities, and niche networks.
• Design and improve structured pre-onboarding and onboarding processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment with expansion timelines.
• Deliver weekly hiring reports and use data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, accurate ATS data, and compliance.
