What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy
• Translate executive priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines
• Drive accountability across strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Identify execution risks and proactively develop solutions
• Lead special projects and company-wide initiatives from planning through completion
• Support the CEO with strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and leadership communications
• Assist with board meetings, investor updates, and executive reporting
• Represent leadership in meetings and cross-functional initiatives
• Handle confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion
• Align departments around company priorities and strategic objectives
• Facilitate communication and coordination across teams
