• Fluency with advanced Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Canva, and a project management tool.

What you'll do

• Run CEO special projects from brief to delivery, including scope definition, milestones, and cross-department coordination.
• Design, track, and maintain performance metrics and dashboards across Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Field teams.
• Own investor pitch decks, investment memos, board packs, grant applications, donor reports, and financial projections.
• Lead the company’s weekly operating rhythm: agendas, action trackers, escalations, and follow-ups.
• Surface risks and operational gaps with proposed solutions and build scaling systems and SOPs.
