What you'll do

• Plan menus and oversee kitchen operations
• Manage kitchen inventory and supervise the cook/kitchen staff
• Ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation
• Prepare and cook meals as directed by the Chef
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and kitchen cleanliness
• Support in stock and inventory checks
