• Prepare and cook Nigerian dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies.
• Store food properly to reduce waste and maintain freshness.
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely meal prep and good customer service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient.
