Jaza Energy is hiring a Hub Manager to lead the launch and growth of new solar energy hubs in Ogun State, Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Support hub growth by driving customer acquisition to reach 130 active customers per hub.
• Conduct door-to-door sales with the team to grow customer base.
• Manage customer retention and revenue growth, aiming for 1M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
• Ensure hub profitability and compliance with lost/missing packs metrics.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead Jaza stars recruitment, training, and onboarding.
• Attend hyper care meetings and provide action plans for hub growth.
