Hub Manager - Osun State at Jaza Energy

Jaza Energy is hiring Hub Managers across six Nigerian states to lead the launch and growth of solar energy hubs, with a focus on customer acquisition, team coaching, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Support Hub growth to reach an average of 130 active customers per Hub.
• Conduct door-to-door sales with Jaza stars to grow customer numbers.
• Manage customer retention and revenue growth, aiming for an average of 1M monthly recurring revenue and > $2.8 ARPU.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure 100% compliance with lost and missing packs metrics.
• Recruit, train, and manage Jaza stars, including their recruitment and training processes.
• Attend Hyper care meetings and provide action plans for Hub growth.
