National Chicks is hiring a Senior Site Foreman to oversee poultry farm operations in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

What it offers

• Minimum of a grade 12 education (tertiary agriculture qualification is an advantage)

What you'll do

• Plan, organise, lead, and control all site duties to meet production standards
• Conduct site visits and oversee Site Foremen
• Stand in for the Farm Manager when required
• Manage labour issues and ensure staff contribute to company objectives
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and biosecurity standards
• Manage resources to benefit the company
• Implement continuous improvement using the 20 Keys principles
• Manage health, safety, and risk on site
