What you'll do

• Plan, organise, lead and control all aspects of assigned duties to achieve production standards
• Conduct site visits
• Stand in for the Senior Site Foreman & Farm Manager when required
• Manage labour-related issues to ensure staff contribute to company objectives
• Maintain product quality, hygiene and biosecurity standards
• Manage resources to maximise company benefit
• Implement and manage continuous improvement via the 20 Keys principles
• Manage health, safety and risk on site
• Report to the Senior Site Foreman / Farm Manager
