Key Account Manager H/F

AGL Cameroun is recruiting a Key Account Manager to serve as the primary client liaison, grow and retain major accounts, and align internal teams to meet client needs.

Who can apply

• BAC +4/5 in transport/logistics services, marketing/sales, or international commerce
• At least 5 years of experience in customs clearance, transport, logistics, sales, marketing, or distribution
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• At least 3 years in relationship marketing or commercial sales and negotiation
• Fluency in English is an asset in an international context

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, handling all calls, requests, and complaints
• Develop and execute growth plans and special business-development initiatives
• Organize strategic planning and operational review meetings for the client portfolio
• Interface with AGL operations, finance, ratings, billing, and other departments to meet portfolio targets
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with top decision-makers at client organizations
• Propose and implement new business solutions and negotiate contracts to sustain strong, beneficial client relationships
