Area Business Manager (Oyo)

Join Sun King’s EasyBuy Direct Sales team in Nigeria as an Area Business Manager in Orelope, Oyo State. This role leads sales, collections, and distribution for Sun King’s Pay-As-You-Go solar products through a network of Energy Officers.

Who can apply

• Hold a degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of hands-on sales experience
• Demonstrate expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Show strong customer care and relationship-building skills

What you'll do

• Hire and train at least 40 Energy Officers per area, leveraging local influencers
• Provide weekly training and field support to Energy Officers
• Conduct weekly in-person or virtual touchpoints with each Energy Officer
• Lead joint field activations including night and market visits
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets set by your Regional Business Manager
• Resolve customer issues within 24 hours
• Manage marketing and equipment distribution to Energy Officers
• Organize weekly review meetings with Energy Officers and Regional Business Managers
• Grow retail presence with support from Cluster Leaders
