Who can apply

• Hold a degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of hands-on sales experience
• Demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Show extensive customer-care experience
• Exhibit innovation, planning, relationship-building, coaching, and operational excellence
• Know the local territory

What you'll do

• Hire, train, and retain at least 40 Energy Officers per area
• Train Energy Officers on sales, collections, product, technical, inventory, and logistics
• Provide weekly in-person or virtual touchpoints with every Energy Officer
• Conduct joint field work (night activations, market visits, group sales)
• Meet or exceed sales and collection targets set monthly by your Regional Business Manager
• Drive robust field sales processes, including daily collection reviews and customer issue resolution within 24 hours
• Control marketing and equipment spend (smartphones, materials) for maximum ROI
• Organize weekly table meetings with Energy Officers and the Regional Business Manager
• Grow the retail network with support from Cluster Leaders
