Area Business Manager

Join Sun King’s EasyBuy Direct Sales team as an Area Business Manager in Ijebu East, Ogun State, Nigeria. You’ll lead a team of Energy Officers to drive sales, collections, and distribution of Sun King’s pay-as-you-go solar products, expanding clean energy access in off-grid communities.

Who can apply

• Degree in a business-related field OR equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Extensive customer care experience
• Knowledge of the local territory

What you'll do

• Hire, train, and manage at least 40 Energy Officers, using local influencers to build your team
• Provide weekly in-person or virtual check-ins with every Energy Officer
• Conduct joint field work, including night activations and market visits, to drive group sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets set by your Regional Business Manager
• Resolve customer issues within 24 hours, including product delivery, training, and after-sales support
• Review collection progress daily and provide training to improve follow-ups
• Organize weekly table meetings with Energy Officers and Cluster leaders
• Grow retail presence in your area with support from Cluster leaders
