What you'll do

• Engage in business development and solicit new business.
• Acquire customers by selling Moniepoint’s products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Create marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct daily meetings with the sales team, review performance, and plan for the week.
• Manage and maintain current business relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Participate in market storms, community fairs, and cluster marketing events (e.g., trade fairs).
• Implement best practices to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
