GTM Automation Specialist (Outbound & GHL)

TryTalentHackers is hiring a full-time GTM Automation Specialist to manage outbound campaigns, lead qualification, and GoHighLevel (GHL) automations for clients in Nigeria.

• Soft skills:
  • Client-facing experience or strong customer support background.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Preferred: Startup experience, “vibe coding” or no-code automations, SOP creation and training documentation experience.

What you'll do

• Pull and qualify lead data using tools like Clay.
• Collect, clean, and organize data before exporting.
• Upload enriched leads into outreach platforms such as Instantly or Heyreach.
• Write compelling outbound copy and set up sequences independently.
• Build, launch, and monitor outbound campaigns.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize outreach for higher replies and bookings.
• Post jobs on job boards and export candidates into sequences.
• Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) setups and automations for capture, tagging, and routing.
• Support client calls to review campaign performance, strategy, and improvements.
• Report on KPI performance and work to improve results.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, and Loom videos for internal scaling.
