• Assist in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Handle logistics for research, including finding and scheduling participants.
• Facilitate interviews and usability testing sessions.
• Support data analysis and creation of reports, journey maps, and personas.
• Maintain and organise the research repository for company-wide access.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate research into product development.
• Stay updated on new UX tools and methods, sharing insights with the team.
