What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Odoo modules for Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and basic Accounting
• Ensure accuracy of product, price list, customer, and supplier data
• Build and run reports (e.g., sales by product and customer, margins, stock levels)
• Train and support users across office, warehouse, and supermarket
• Manage user roles and access rights within Odoo
• Work with management to develop dashboards and KPIs
• Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, security, 2FA, basic policies)
• Manage laptops, shared PCs, printers, and local networks
• Oversee website, domains, and basic system integrations
• Manage cameras and basic security systems
• Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external vendors
• Propose and implement small IT improvement projects
