What you'll do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning environment
• Coordinate outbound logistics and carrier schedules for timely, accurate product delivery
• Supervise picking, packing, and staging processes to meet daily customer order requirements
• Conduct regular physical counts, reconciliations, and audits to keep inventory tracking systems completely accurate
• Monitor stock levels, handle goods receiving, and optimize storage space utilization
• Create staff shift schedules and assign daily tasks to maximize team productivity and workflow efficiency
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
