Warehouse Assistant

Victory Farms is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Kisumu to support daily warehouse operations for fish and feeds, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance.

Who can apply

• Minimum KCSE (Form 4) completion with at least a D- (minus) grade
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is an added advantage
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain attention to detail
• Physical stamina to lift and move stock safely
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

What you'll do

• Receive, sort, and store fish stock per company procedures
• Assist with receiving and dispatching fish feeds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Verify stock against delivery notes and report discrepancies
• Maintain proper stacking and storage to preserve product quality and safety
• Support crate handling, returns processing, and smooth stock flow
• Participate in routine and cycle stock counts
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and general hygiene
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks and assist with special projects
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Associate or Management Team
