What you'll do

• Develop and maintain stock control systems for accurate inventory and documentation
• Implement inventory optimization techniques (e.g., ABC analysis) to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical reconciliations, and routine audits
• Track and report on slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory
• Manage inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Optimize warehouse layout and product storage for efficient space utilization and retrieval
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with transport providers and suppliers
• Update and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock registers daily
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
