What you'll do

• Attend to customers promptly, professionally, and accurately while maintaining a cheerful, friendly demeanor.
• Identify and distinguish between various phone models and related products.
• Hand out products correctly according to customer requests and verify details before transferring items to the cashier.
• Record all issued products in the designated inventory logbook and handle items with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Return cartons and products to their designated shelves and storage locations after use.
• Maintain accurate records of newly received products for stock updates and report discrepancies where products appear available in the system but are not physically in stock.
• Participate in periodic stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
• Process waybill requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
