What you'll do

• Maintain daily stock records using stock cards, Excel reports, and inventory systems before close of business.
• Prepare and issue waybills for dispatched items with accurate documentation.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, confirming quantity, quality, and condition alongside delivery personnel.
• Store and arrange inventory using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare reports for documentation and filing.
• Monitor stock levels and provide weekly reports on restocking needs and out-of-stock items.
• Verify approval or payment confirmation before releasing items from the warehouse.
• Document serial numbers and details of issued items, maintaining proper records.
• Ensure issued goods are in good condition and properly verified before dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse and office cleanliness, organisation, and security.
• Track and document inventory related to customer complaints and repairs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues.
