Who can apply

• Candidates with at least an SSCE qualification
• Those with previous retail sales or customer service experience are at an advantage, but it is not compulsory
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and willing to learn
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must reside in or around Ikeja or be able to commute conveniently

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers in-store professionally
• Recommend suitable bras, shapewear, underwear, and homewear based on customers’ needs
• Provide excellent customer support before and after sales
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone enquiries
• Process sales and maintain accurate records
• Merchandise products and keep the store neat and well-organized
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management
• Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Support social media and promotional activities when required
