The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking an Individual Contractor (IC) to support Zambia’s Cabinet Office in assessing sub-national institutional arrangements and strengthening governance under the Constitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act No. 2 of 2016. The role focuses on clarifying roles, eliminating overlaps, and improving intergovernmental coordination across national, provincial, district, and local authorities. The assignment aims to address persistent functional conflicts and operational weaknesses following the implementation of devolution.
