The Lutheran World Federation is seeking an international consultant to lead the design and development of South Sudan’s first National Qualifications Framework (SSNQF). This role supports the alignment of South Sudan’s education system with the IGAD Qualifications Framework (IGADQF), promoting skills recognition, labour mobility, and lifelong learning opportunities for all, including refugees and host communities. The framework aims to enhance transparency, comparability, and employability across the country’s education and training sectors.
