What you'll do

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates across various departments
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)
• Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
• Help organize internal team-building activities and engagement initiatives
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal cycles, tracking KPIs, and documenting evaluation outcomes
• Ensure all HR activities align with local labor laws and company regulations
• Prepare regular operational reports on HR metrics
