What you'll do

• Receive card personalization jobs via the helpdesk and acknowledge receipt under supervision
• Prepare and organize EMV data files for card personalization
• Upload and drop personalization jobs to secure FTP locations following approved procedures
• Generate EMV data preparation reports and customer service unit reports for banks
• Support daily job tracking and compile daily operational statistics
• Help generate UAM, text, and ODBC files for personalization
• Assist in recreating EMV personalization data when required
• Provide first-level support for the UP Card Factory solution and escalate issues
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of PIN mailer printers
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of tasks and completed jobs
• Adhere strictly to information security, data confidentiality, and industry standards
