What you'll do

• Record, verify, and validate customer details.
• Advise customers on debt clearance and consequences of non-payment.
• Mediate disputes between customers and principals/clients.
• Locate and notify customers of overdue accounts via mail, phone, or visits.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and review credit terms.
• Initiate clearance processes upon receiving payment proof.
• Provide account details such as balances and account numbers.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Attend to customers during scheduled/unscheduled meetings.
• Record financial status and collection efforts in the company’s system.
• Respond to correspondences (email, phone, postal mail).
• Organize and implement debt recovery methods and techniques.
• Negotiate credit extensions when required.
• Prepare reports as required.
