Reefer Set Point personnel are needed to monitor, record and verify temperature set points for refrigerated shipping containers in a busy Reefer Bay in Maitland, Cape Town.

• Contractor position based in the Cape Town Northern Suburbs, Western Cape, South Africa

Who can apply

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous experience in a reefer, container depot, logistics, warehousing or similar operational environment is advantageous
• Previous experience monitoring temperatures or working with refrigerated containers is highly advantageous
• Basic understanding of refrigeration and temperature control is advantageous
• Computer literate
• Good numerical and data-capturing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and in a busy operational environment
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately
