What you'll do

• Provide SSHE leadership and ensure technical and leadership services support
• Set safety culture and oversee safety of direct reports
• Manage personnel and process safety, risk, OIMS, security, health, environmental, regulatory, and emergency response programs
• Ensure SSHE group is adequately staffed with appropriate skill sets
• Manage OIMS implementation and execution
• Develop and implement safety management systems, processes, safety reporting, and incident investigation
• Liaise with other units/projects on SSHE issues
• Communicate with Senior Management on SSHE issues
• Facilitate risk assessment and management program elements
• Develop environmental and regulatory compliance plans and strategies
• Coordinate interfaces with Government agencies and external stakeholders
