CECAW Finance S.A. is hiring fifteen Credit Managers on permanent contracts to expand its teams in Cameroon.

What it offers

• 15 permanent positions as Classic Credit Manager.

Who can apply

• Candidates aged 23–30.
• Minimum education: Bac (“G2, G3, C, D”) in a management field.
• Experience in credit management or microfinance is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and products is required.
• Required skills: negotiation strategies, teamwork, availability, integrity, pressure tolerance, listening.

What you'll do

• Prospect new clients.
• Build and retain the agency’s credit portfolio.
• Prepare and present credit files to the credit committee.
• Monitor clients and ensure loan repayments.
• Produce regular reports, statistics, and client follow-up data.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the role.
