  • Experience: At least 4 years in taxation; banking experience is an asset.
• Responsable Gestion des Achats et Fournisseurs
  • Diploma: Bac +3 in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years; negotiation skills required; banking experience is an asset.
• Responsable Gestion des Archives
  • Diploma: Bac +3 in Archivistics and Records Management.
  • Experience: At least 3 years; banking experience is a major asset.

What you'll do

• Cadre Fiscaliste
  • Supervise tax and social declarations on BDP6+; conduct legal monitoring; map tax risks; identify tax opportunities; support the General Management during audits; manage accounting settings and account lettrage; coordinate tax claim processing.
• Responsable Gestion des Achats et Fournisseurs
  • Assess current and future needs for goods and services; translate business needs into quantitative and qualitative objectives; reduce costs; run tenders; negotiate contracts; monitor orders and deliveries; manage supplier relations; prepare CIM meetings and minutes.
• Responsable Gestion des Archives
  • Develop retention schedules; design collection, classification, indexing, and communication procedures; train staff; ensure digital compliance; organize secure destruction campaigns; deploy digital archiving systems.
