Oris Finance is recruiting multiple Commercial Managers to expand its network in Douala and Yaoundé.

Who can apply

• Diploma: Minimum BAC + 2 in Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year minimum in a similar role, ideally in microfinance or commercial animation.
• Skills: Strong results orientation, leadership, team management, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and accounting software.

What you'll do

• Develop the client portfolio and increase agency resources.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through field actions.
• Implement and drive the agency’s commercial action plan.
• Coach and support the sales team to meet targets.
• Monitor commercial performance and propose corrective actions.
• Retain high-potential clients and grow business relationships.
• Ensure dossier quality and contribute to risk control.
