Responsible for designing and executing the company’s training policy to build technical, managerial and soft skills for staff, partners and learners.

• Build partnerships with training bodies, universities and certification centres.
• Track training performance indicators.
• Supervise LMS platforms and learning content.
• Contribute to talent-development programmes that enhance the company’s image.
• Handle administrative aspects of the training function.
