Superviseur des Ventes / Produits (H/F) — Douala

Twyford Tiles Cameroon, leader in high-quality tile production and distribution, is hiring a bilingual Sales/Product Supervisor in Douala to drive commercial growth and product development.

Who can apply

• Education: Degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years in B2B or B2B2C sales, including 2 years in commercial supervision, preferably in an industrial environment
• Skills: Strong command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/ERP software
• Languages: Mandatory fluency in Chinese; HSK 6 level strongly preferred

What you'll do

• Develop sales with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial partners
• Oversee new product development from research to sample production, including physical testing and report writing
• Define and implement corrective actions when sales fall below targets
• Ensure quality and execution of promotions and commercial events
• Analyze market trends and identify industrial needs
